Personal Training ONE-ON-ONE

No matter what your current ability level is, or what your goals are, you will have a custom program designed just for you.  We will create a customized exercise program for you, designed to help you reach your unique health and fitness goals.

The variety of our programs are virtually endless and can include cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, strength, balance, agility, flexibility, nutrition core training or a combination of all of these depending on your goals.

Rates for one-on-one training

  • $80 per  session 
  • $75  per session-at volume discount (10 sessions or more)

Semi-Private Personal Training

Semi-private personal training is essentially an option that fits between one-on-one personal training and the large fitness boot camps. Semi-private personal training is typically conducted with two to four clients at a time. This allows for lower costs per person than traditional personal training while at the same time allowing more personal attention than most fitness boot camps.

We generally require that they go through 10 one-on-one training sessions, including a first session that reviews medical and fitness history, and initial fitness assessment. Once the individual has learned the proper mechanics of each exercise and can perform each exercise with correct form, he/she is ready to move to the semi – private training.

Rates for Semi-private training (2 to 4)

  • $50 - $55 per session  (based on the size of the group) 

Group Super Circuit Training

Strength and cardio circuit training can be used as a cross training alternative to providing excellent all around fitness, strength and stamina. It can also help reduce risk of overuse injury. You will move from exercise to exercise efficiently with minimum interruption. You'll be out of the gym in no time to get the maximum results in minimum time. 

We work with a variety of clients who have conditions that may include hypertension, diabetes, chronic lower back and neck pain, ACL reconstruction, patient with torn rotator cuff, total joint replacements, chronic tendonitis, muscular imbalances and others. We work cooperatively with your medical professionals to develop safe and effective fitness programs based on information provided by your physician, physical therapist or chiropractor.

The Ultimate Workout

ONE OF THE BEST methods of efficient conditioning for the body is through circuit training. This type of training utilizes a number of different exercises arranged in stations with the student visiting each station and completing that particular exercise within a specified amount of time. The exercise will range from basic boxing moving to advance fitness exercise. This class limited to 6 students per class meet once a week.
